Owner:

Hi I have been in and around the drainage & Pest control industry for the past twenty years.

When setting up ECB my one aim is to make it the best family run business in this Industry.

To achieve my aim I have employed only family & personnel that share the same standards and aims as myself, 100% client satisfaction.

How am I going to do this, well I have learnt the first thing is to listen to our clients understand their needs and requirements and always be prepared to change our approach to complete  the works to suite the clients circumstances, Client first, Company second.

Second is investment in people and equipment that gets the job done.

I have made a commitment to training all staff and myself in the latest technique within our industry and to do this I have purchased the latest  Gutter clearance equipment and drainage CCTV that can deliver a reporting system that takes care of all our clients needs.

I have acquired the services of my niece who will be looking after my social media and website but most importantly she will be monitoring the feed back our clients leave to ensure we are reacting to this whether its just to give them a call back or to advice me that we need to change a method of completing works to ensure clients are happy going forward. 

Owner:

Hi! I have been married to my husband since 1984. We have worked together from the start, bringing up our four children and now for the past ten years as foster parents.  

We had our first maintenance business cleaning drains, cutting grass, and cleaning communal hallways - we have always had one aim to be the best at what we do.

Even back then, our number one aim was to always offer an excellent service at a competitive price, thus leaving all our clients happy.

Happy clients gives me a happy Husband, thus gives him a happy wife,

Need I say more.

Drainage & Pest control:

My family have always been involved in a service industry, and from a very young age my mum and dad have always told me to keep the client happy as they will create your next client, so it was inevitable that I would join the company. 

With over twenty years running their own business, they must be getting it right.

My commitment is to help the business keep on improving the high  standards my mum and dad have already set.    

Drainage & Pest control:

Prior to working for ECB I had never worked in Drainage or Pest control Industry.

I had reached a point in my working life that required a change.

I have know the family for a few years now watching the business grow, so when Stephen gave me a chance to join the family business I said yes without delay.

The Training I have been given since I have started and the time I have been  given to learn the business demonstrated to me that I had made the right choice.
