Damaged drains and sewers can lead to costly damage to your property. An entirely new drainage system can be fitted to eradicate these issues, but you might prefer something a little more cost-effective and less invasive. Drain lining is a form of no dig technology designed to provide a low cost, low impact and relatively quick form of repairing or replacing below ground drains and sewers. The technical term is Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP).
No dig technology is a fast and cost-effective way to repair a damaged drain or sewer. The process involves installing a lining sleeve which bonds to the inside of the pipe. This creates a pipe within a pipe, restoring the integrity of the drain or sewer. No Dig Technology allows the minimum amount of disruption to the owners of the property and their neighbours.
Drain relining can be carried out on pipes of any size. Often the relining can be in a single length but for smaller repairs, patch liners can be installed to provide a point repair on a single defect or set of defects located within a small area.
Drains deteriorate over time resulting in leaks caused by ground movement, deterioration of the drain material, root ingress, corrosion and accidental damage, all of the above can result in structual damage resulting in an insurance claim, which can be a minefield.

Drains deteriorate over time resulting in leaks caused by ground movement, deterioration of the drain material, root ingress, corrosion and accidental damage, all of the above can result in structual damage resulting in an insurance claim, which can be a minefield.
A myriad of techniques employing the latest technologies can be used to identify the cause, locate the position of a structural fault and to ascertain the best method of repair.
